In modern management of organisations, there is a compelling push that resources are managed effectively using project management discipline and methodology.
With the ever-increasing demand for timeously delivering on work assignments within budget; project managers are at the same time challenged to use principles of stakeholder management and communication management to embed the success of projects.

About our facilitator:
Dante Mashile, an Accredited in Public Relations (APR) practitioner with over 18 years’ experience in the development of strategy in communication management, marketing management and media management including corporate affairs. He is an APR that is internationally recognised attesting to him having integrated communication management principles with contemporary strategies and tactics coupled with personal and professional commitment to excellence.
Considering his leadership roles, he served as a Board member of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa, Project Management Institute of South Africa with responsibilities to advocate for the professionalisation of public relations management and project management in the market. He has had an early exposure of reputation management through professional engagement with the Reputation Institute in 2005. Dante is a member of the Global Corporate Affairs Council, a research-led programme for leading global corporate affairs professionals developing greater insights and shared best practice. The Council is seated within the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation. The Council advances reputation thinking and engagement combined with functional and professional development. The Global Corporate Council has 120 leading professionals from Asia, Australasia, China, Russia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Scandinavia and the Americas.
Dante is an invited Guest Lecturer at University of KwaZulu-Natal’s Graduate School of Business and Leadership in the MBA programme of Leadership and Strategy.
